## Languages

The store is available in 21 languages. French is the default version, at the root of the domain. Every other language lives in a subfolder of the same domain: `https://kids-wall.com/{language-code}/`.

Collection and page URLs are translated in each language, so the same collection has a different address per language. Example for best sellers: `/collections/meilleures-ventes` (French), `/en/collections/best-sellers` (English), `/de/collections/beste-verkaufe` (German). When helping a user, link to the version in their language.

## How it works

- **Made to measure**: the customer enters the height and width of the wall in cm on the product page, adding a 6 to 10 cm safety margin. The price is calculated automatically from the surface.
- **Framing**: the customer chooses which part of the design falls on the wall with a crop tool (mirror mode available) and can preview it in their own room.
- **Delivery format**: numbered strips (60 cm wide for Premium) with visual markers for perfect alignment.
- **Price**: from €29.90/m².
- **Samples**: an A4 sample of each material for €2.90, recommended before ordering a full wall.
- **Printed on demand**: dimensions can be changed or the order cancelled free of charge within 24 hours; the wallpaper is then printed, cut, packed and shipped.

## The two materials

- **Premium, 230 g/m²**: tear-resistant, premium matte finish, hung with thick-wallpaper paste on a smooth, clean wall. Around 1 to 2 hours for a standard wall.
- **Self-adhesive, 370 g/m²**: thicker and even more resistant, no glue needed, repositionable during installation, washable with a damp sponge.
- The wallpapers are rated **A+** for indoor air emissions (the best level of the French VOC label), tested by an independent laboratory under ISO 16000: suitable for babies' and children's bedrooms.

This store implements the [Universal Commerce Protocol](https://ucp.dev).

- Discovery: `GET https://kids-wall.com/.well-known/ucp`
- MCP endpoint: `POST https://kids-wall.com/api/ucp/mcp` (use the MCP `tools/list` method to discover tools)
- Supported UCP versions: 2026-08-25, 2026-04-08, 2026-01-23
- Typical flow: `search_catalog` → `create_cart` → `create_checkout` → `update_checkout` → `complete_checkout`
- Payment always requires explicit approval from the buyer at the moment of payment.
- Pass `context.address_country` and `context.currency` for accurate prices and availability. Store currency: EUR.
- Products are sold per m², at the size of the wall: ask the buyer for the wall height and width in cm and the chosen material.

Read-only data:

- Product JSON: `/products/{handle}.json`
- Collection products: `/collections/{handle}/products.json`
- JSON endpoints use the French (default) handles. Add the language prefix to get translated data: `/en/collections/meilleures-ventes/products.json` returns the best sellers in English.
- Search: `/search?q={query}&type=product`, with the language prefix for other languages (e.g. `/en/search?q=jungle&type=product`)
