Refund policy
RETURNS
The items provided by https://kids-wall.com are new and guaranteed against any defects. They are identical to those from traditional retail and come from all referenced publishers and suppliers.
Order Cancellation
Our priority is to print and ship your orders as quickly as possible to offer you a fast and efficient service. However, to ensure optimal processing and avoid any unnecessary loss, we wait 24 hours after the validation of each order before starting the printing. This delay also allows us to process any modification or cancellation requests.
Thus, the customer has a period of 24 hours maximum after the payment of their order to request a cancellation and obtain a full refund. After this period, we start the printing process, which incurs direct costs for the preparation and customization of your product.
- If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours but before 48 hours, we can provide a partial refund of 50% of the total amount, due to the costs already incurred for production.
- After 48 hours, or once the order is shipped, no refund can be made, in accordance with articles L. 221-18 to L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, which specify that custom-made or personalized products are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
We invite you to contact us quickly in case of any changes regarding your order so that we can best meet your expectations.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@kids-wall.com
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
No cash on delivery shipments will be accepted, for any reason.
Right of Withdrawal
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, KidsWall is required to refund the amounts paid by the customer, without charge, except for the return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s). If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following purchases:
- Goods that you have opened and are non-returnable for hygiene or health protection reasons
- Goods inseparable from other items
- Goods opened that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
